Close to the work.
From the beginning.
HATT brings strategy, design and engineering together around operational workflows. We partner closely with organisations to understand the process, define a useful product and bring it into use.
Our work spans health, funding and operations: different domains connected by people, information and decisions. Discovery, product strategy, experience design, engineering, data and operations help us approach the whole problem, from the first decision through design and development.
How we work
How we take a workflow from discovery to a working product.
Define the product.
Give the problem a clear shape. Define the smallest useful product.
Strategy & experience designBring it into use.
Design, build and improve, staying close to the work the product supports.
