This privacy policy describes how HATT ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us about our products.

Information we collect

When you submit a contact or demo request, we collect your name, email address, organization, role, product interest, and message content so we can respond to your inquiry.

Individual products (such as SkinToScan) may collect additional data under their own privacy terms when you use those products directly.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this marketing website.

• Essential session storage: we store a single session flag (hatt-lab-boot-seen) so the lab boot animation is not repeated during the same browser session.
• Consent preference: if you use our cookie banner, your analytics choice is stored in local storage (hatt-cookie-consent).
• Analytics (optional): if you allow analytics, we record anonymous page visits (path, coarse screen size, referrer domain) on our own server. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
• Anonymous visitor cookie: we set a first-party cookie (hatt_vid) so the site can remember your lab journey (fit progress, contact selections) across visits for up to 90 days. No advertising use.
• Offline cache (optional): if you install or revisit pages while online, your browser may store copies via our service worker so key pages load when the connection drops. Contact and waitlist submissions may be queued locally and sent when you reconnect.

How we use information

Contact submissions are used to respond to inquiries, schedule walkthroughs, and communicate about our products. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to operate the website, including hosting, email delivery (Resend), and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Analytics data stays on our infrastructure when you opt in.

Product-specific privacy

Products like SkinToScan handle health-related data with additional privacy considerations. Each live product maintains its own privacy practices appropriate to its domain.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics in the cookie banner, or change your choice anytime via Cookie preferences in the site footer. You may request access to or deletion of contact information you submitted by emailing us.

Contact and waitlist submissions are stored on our server with a reference ID so we can follow up. Optional micro-feedback after fit or contact is stored anonymously unless you include a reference ID.

When you submit the contact form, we may include optional session context you generated on the site (such as pages visited in the same session or a workflow fit result) so we can respond more precisely. This is sent only with your submission, not as background tracking.
