About the role

HATT is a product studio building workflow-driven software across health, funding, and operations. Right now we only accept students for practice placements - not full-time hires. You'll work alongside the team on real product modules with transparent maturity labels and structured feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Support product modules (SkinToScan, Grants Platform, Asset Inventory) under mentor guidance
  • Research workflows, document findings, and help prototype UI or API changes
  • Write clear notes and small tests when assigned implementation tasks
  • Participate in lab reviews - ask why before how

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (or recent graduate within 6 months) in a relevant field
  • Basic familiarity with web product work (design, engineering, or product research)
  • Strong written English and clear communication
  • Genuine interest in B2B workflow products - not agency body-shop work

Nice to have

  • TypeScript/React, Figma, or UX research experience
  • Portfolio, GitHub, or coursework samples you can share
