Find the relationships being reconstructed
Take one decided application and locate the submission version, criteria, reviewer input and final outcome. Record where someone must match names, search messages or explain an undocumented correction.
Those reconstruction steps show what a replacement workflow needs to preserve. A new form alone will not resolve disconnected review records.
Choose the first responsibility to improve
A useful initial change could connect a submission to its review and recorded decision. Determine who may update each part and how a correction is distinguished from the original.
Evaluate existing products with a representative case. Keep exports for analysis if they remain useful, but identify the authoritative decision record.
Match the product to the job
